The story behind the build

What was once a modest single-level dwelling has been carefully transformed into a modern family oasis. The Fluid team worked closely with the existing structure to enhance space, flow, and connection to the outdoors.

Natural materials played a key role in shaping the home’s character. Travertine stonework, recycled hardwood, and complementary landscaping were selected to reflect the surrounding environment, creating a calm and cohesive living experience.

The result is a contemporary residence that balances function, warmth, and longevity, a home designed to be lived in and enjoyed for years to come.
