Our Standards

The way we work is defined by high standards, not minimum requirements.

From safety and compliance to sustainability and quality, we take pride in doing things properly - on every project, every time.

Safety is a major priority at Fluid Building

Fluid Building projects comply with SafeWork NSW Codes of Practice,
the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011.

Our safety strategies are reinforced through:

  • All Fluid Building team members have undertaken the Construction Induction (white card).

  • All Fluid Building Foreman are first aid trained.

  • Every project has its own site specific Inductions and Safe Work Method Statements.

  • Engineering solutions and inspections are carried out when required.

  • All tools are tested and tagged as required.

  • All Fluid Building team members wear Personal Protective Equipment.

  • We conduct regular toolbox meetings which cover site risk assessments.

  • We utilise practices that eliminate environmental impacts.

Construction sites generate a lot of waste. What happens to it is a choice.

On every job we run, waste is sorted and recycled wherever possible. Not because a client asks for it. Just because it's how we operate.

The buildings we work on are part of communities. The people living in them care about their environment. It feels right that the way we work should reflect that.

It's the same thinking that goes into everything else we do. Standards don't switch on and off depending on who's watching.

We've never made a big deal about this. But it's real, it's consistent, and it's worth saying.

Working responsibly
